About the event
Elemental Retreats offer holistic and empathic retreats for women, in nature. Learning in nature to use peaceful power to restore balance, purpose, energy & wellbeing. Hosted by medicine woman, sound healer Amanda Waring and life coach & eco-therapist, Lindsay de Grouchy at Garden House Sussex, South Downs National Park.
Amanda, is an award winning speaker and has over thirty years experience leading women’s groups helping women through transition, restoring balance and re-discovering themselves. Lindsay is passionate about coaching, eco-therapy and teaching others about health & fitness.
Together they make up a powerful team that utilises the elements of earth, air, fire & water to re-connect people to nature, provide nurturing support, encourage self-reflection & create a forward-thinking vision for the future.
Amanda & Lindsay offer people-led retreats using sound healing, reiki, life coaching, guided drumming & sound meditations, cacao ceremonies, storytelling and eco-therapy practices to realign the body, mind & spirit.
