About the event
Join us for a day of healing and reconnection immersed in nature, at the heart of the South Downs National Park. Suitable for everyone wishing to deepen their connection with nature & themselves. The day will include the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls, cacao ceremony, forest bathing, (gentle) mindful walking, meditation & more. We will connect with all that nourishes and sustains us so that you may leave feeling calm, grounded and aligned with your true nature.
We provide drinks, snacks & heartwarming teas. Guests are asked to bring a small amount of vegan/vegetarian food to share, a water bottle, walking shoes & coat (incase of bad weather). Cold water swimming is available on-site, should you choose to participate in this activity please bring swimsuit & towel.
