Join us for a day of restoration and healing. The Retreat will mostly take place in a private area of woodland close to Lords Piece, SSSI. The day will include fire ceremony, mindful walking, sound mediation, forest bathing, nest building, a light lunch, snacks, heartwarming teas & healthy juices.
