About the event
Join Amanda Waring, Medicine Woman and Lindsay de Grouchy, Life Coach for a morning of restorative care. The event, 'Heal' will take place in the magical Yurt at Garden House Sussex. The Yurt is a very special healing & grounding space, designed and built by Lindsay, it provides the base for sound healing, manifesting and mediation. The day includes Forest Therapy in our private woodland & an outdoor, wood-fired hot tub experience.
