Earth Retreat

Connection with nature has been considered beneficial for wellbeing since times of evolution. The intrusion of technology and digitalised lives as a result of globalisation has decreased our connection with nature.  

Our Embracing Earth Retreat takes place on Saturday 22nd April 'Earth Day, 2023' and Sunday 23rd April'. Join us for either one or two days. Each day starts at 10.30am and ends at 4pm and includes heartwarming teas, drinks, plant-based light lunch and snacks.  It's £85 for one day or, £150 for both.  Discounts for 2+ places available at checkout or, upon request.

We will be absorbing ourselves in nature to both celebrate the Earth and strengthen our own connection to nature using the Elements of Earth, Fire, Water & Air to heal and grow as indivduals.  Put simply, we will go back our ancesteral roots where we can place our hands on the soil to feel grounded, vade in the water to feel emotionally healed, fill our lungs with fresh air to feel mentally clear, raise our faces to the heat of the sun and connect with the fire to feel the power within us.
